|Kate Shone - Managing Director
I joined LMH in September 2016 and transferred into ComMutual. Previously I have worked in senior roles for Affinity Sutton and Forum Housing Association. I have largely been based in the North West of England, however I have worked across Newcastle, Hull, Leeds and Birmingham, but my heart has always been in Merseyside. After completing my first degree a number of years ago, I studied for an MSc in Management at The University of Chester which I completed in 2014. I am also a Board Member for the Give Us a Chance, the leading consortium of social landlords who are rising to the challenge of helping people into work.
|Dave Mobbs - Community Investment Manager
I transferred into ComMutual in April 2017. I have worked in a number of management roles at LMH from its inception in 2008 moving on to develop the regeneration offer. Previously I have worked within the housing sector within the built environment starting work as an apprentice and working through many roles into senior management positions.
|Alan Feenan - Senior Community Investment Officer
I began my housing career in 1989 and for 25 years I worked in a housing/tenancy management role holding a number of positions such as Administration Officer and latterly a Senior Housing Officer.
In 2013 I became Senior Community Investment Officer and manage the team who deliver and commission projects with the ComMutual priority themes of Employment, Health and Wellbeing, Money Matters and Go Digital. This is an exciting time for ComMutual and I am really looking forward to the challenges and opportunities ahead.
|Anita Dixon - Business Support Officer
Having entered the housing sector in 2008 I have previously worked in the commercial sector in a number of roles. Initially in a housing management support role, I moved into community regeneration and have worked in a support role assisting in the delivery of regeneration projects across the city. I transferred into ComMutual in April 2017 and I am looking forward to help develop the charities aims further. I am also active on a number of staff focus groups and I am proud to be the “Race Champion” on the group's “Your Voice” forum.
|James Pickup - Digital Inclusion Officer
Having worked in the commercial sector in a number of roles including at a safari park and a well-known DIY chain I entered the housing sector in 2014 as Digital Inclusion Officer where I engage with customers and deliver a range of digital inclusion projects. I transferred into ComMutual in April 2017 where I am looking forward to continuing delivery of digital projects and the development of new projects to help customers take advantage of being on line.
|Claire Lomas - Community Investment Officer
I have worked in the housing sector for 13 years carrying out various roles such as call centre representative, repairs clerk, shared ownership officer and later progressing into a regeneration role. I joined LMH in 2012 and have been working in Community Regeneration delivering projects to help our customers get online and move into employment. I transferred into ComMutual in April 2017 and I am looking forward to help more customers into sustainable employment.
|Helen Murphy - Community Investment Officer
I started my career in the Civil Service and then moved into careers advice & guidance with homeless, ex-offenders & people with drug & alcohol dependency. I'm qualified to Diploma 6 in Careers Guidance & spent a decade helping people find employment. I made the leap into Housing in 2011, delivering employment & training support across Merseyside. In 2015, I began project work in social enterprise, entrepreneurship & self-employment. I'm passionate about community work & find it very fulfilling to help people achieve their goals.
|Tracey Sanderson - Health & Wellbeing Officer
I started my career as a Community Sports Development Officer in 1984; I have always worked in a community setting with vulnerable client groups. I have planned and organised events such as the Pramathon, Indoor Athletic Competitions, Love your Heart, Health Promotion Events - Mental Health/Dental Health/Smoking Cessation/You are what you eat/Heal Yourself.
I am a qualified fitness instructor who specialises in exercise for older adults and ante/post-natal exercise. I moved to children services in 2008(children centres) after qualifying as a CBT Counsellor which I practiced to support parents who suffered from mental health issues or addictions. I also hold a Certificate in Education post 16 and have taught Self-Healing courses complimentary medicine courses which incorporated aromatherapy/reflexology and relaxation techniques to combat stress and anxiety. In the past two years I have been working within community regeneration and I am looking forward to continuing to deliver health and wellbeing projects with Commutual going forward.
|Amanda Taylor - Community Investment Officer
Prior to my role as a Community Investment Officer for ComMutual, I have had a long career dealing in all aspects of Area Regeneration within a local authority setting. I started working in Community Regeneration in 2012 and delivered many projects within the financial inclusion strategy. I transferred into ComMutual in April 2017 and I am looking forward to continue to deliver a range of financial inclusion projects which help customers improve their financial position.
|Emma Costello - Community Investment Officer
I began my career in the housing sector in 2006. Since then, I have worked within busy housing management teams. I have worked in numerous roles such as Tenants' Insurance, Property Pool, Neighbourhood Management, Improvements and Customer Liaison. I started working in Community Regeneration in 2012; my current remit is Health and Wellbeing and I am tasked with developing projects that remove barriers and tackle the health inequalities some of our customers may face.
