Feeding the community

ComMutual’s Community Investment Fund (CIF) has been able to financially support many organisations and projects to achieve a positive impact in Liverpool.

It’s a privilege to see how people of all ages have enjoyed fun and educational activities as a result. It’s also wonderful to see how funding has been put towards initiatives providing essentials for those in need across our city.

The L6 Community Centre is a Liverpool based charity operating in the heart of the community. Their team provide a variety of support and advice including; food assistance, essential clothing, washing facilities, financial support, clubs, short breaks and much more.

Following their application for a CIF, ComMutual recently awarded the L6 Community Centre with £2,000 which is paying for as many children as possible attending their youth club to be fed a hot nutritious meal over the summer period.

Providing children with a healthy well balanced hot meal every day enables them to benefit nutritionally, physically and mentally.

If you are a Merseyside based organisation, looking for financial support for a project to benefit tenants of LMH and the community, you may be eligible to apply for ComMutual’s CIF.
